VP Operations — 15 Years: Led 100 + restaurants ($300M Revenue) with full EBITDA responsibility. Led West and Southeast Divisions with TGIFriday’s with responsibility for both company and franchise operations. Continuous improvement on revenue and margin growth while maintaining best in class retention at all levels, including team members. Teams included Directors of Operations, Sr Director HR, Controller, Brand Standards Manager, Field Marketing Manager and Facilities Director.
VP Beverage and Bar Innovation — 3 Years: Responsible for brand innovation and implementation for all beverages, promotions and yearly marketing beverage calendar for TGIFriday’s. Owned APL (approved products list) with responsibility to select new SKU’s to be included in all new menu implementations. Responsible for company recipe manual for all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic with the Friday’s brand.
Reengineering Team Leader –1 Year: Selected by CEO to led a diverse team to deliver dramatic improvement through a radical redesign of production and procurement in food an beverage while at TGIFriday’s. Product replacement via the APL (approved products list) resulted in over $6 million food cost savings while maintaining or improving quality. Initiated extensive testing in selected restaurants to support process improvements.
Regional Manager — 10 Years: Responsible for operations teams to deliver results in all KRA’s (key result areas) including sales, profits and retention. Responsible for markets in Southwest, Midwest, Mid Atlantic and Southeast. Responsibilies included TGIFriday’s, DALTS American Grill, Friday’s American Grill and Friday’s Front Row Sports Bar.
General Manager — 5 Years: Operated restaurants at GM level with AUV from $3 to $6 million. Recognized as first TGIFriday’s GM to attain $100K in weekly sales for this world class and iconic brand.
